To foster international cooperation through communications and understanding
To take an active role in the maintenance and sustenance of peace among all humankind
To support the betterment of cross-cultural dynamics

Providing motivated individuals with experience in the process of international communications and a sense of representative involvement in roles of leadership is essential to the productive functioning of a system of peace.
