Programs and projects to support these purposes
will be facilitated through workshops, seminars,
conferences, lectures, seasonal cramps in
various nations, residencies, internships, and practica.
Development and Training Programs in Leadership
and Management; Psychology of International
relations; Mediation, Negotiations, and Conflict
Resolution; Working with the media; and other
areas will provide talented young people who are
interested in domestic and international
relations an opportunity to live and work with
persons of diverse ethnic and cultural
backgrounds.
Additional experience will be afforded to
individuals who are selected for internships,
residencies, and practica at participating
embassies, international organizations,
agencies, and businesses.
The
Foundation encourages students from every
country to apply. They should be majoring in the
political and social sciences, and international
studies.
These programs are personally enriching and will
contribute to the resolution of conflict. The
number of candidates accepted from a single
nation is limited per project so that each
program will compromise students of as many
diverse cultural backgrounds as possible.
